Cs 1.6 no stretchaspect

Hello Steam Comunity .
Today I upgraded from w7 to win10 and I've black bars on cs 1.6 on 144hz.
My launchoption is { -nofbo -nomsaa } so this shouldn't be the problem . I have radeon 7770 and my settings is gpu scale set to on ; scalling mode to full panel ; profile option > display scalling set to full panel . Everything is setted , on Cs:Go is working fine , no blackbars but If I start cs 1.6 I have black bars . Strange because I've tried setting my resolution to 1024x768 but still have black bars and the strange thing when I close cs 1.6 my display scalling it's set to aspect ratio but in amd settings is set to full panel . What I'm thinking is the incompatibility of graphics driver or something like that . On windows 7 everything works fine .

go look in cs 1.6 video option itself and unbind one of them marker on the right dont remember which one. For my part i have them all unbinded exept for low performance thingy. Enjoy :D

Add in launch options: -stretchaspect

I have selected only low video quality on video tab /
-stretchaspect same as -nofbo but still not working

it has something to do with opengl on windows 10?

apparently it's working on 120hz but when I switch on 144hz it gave me borders

add in set launch also -gl -full -stretchaspect

broooooooooo ! its ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ bug ,.... PROBLEM IS SO LOOK, UNCHECK LOW video card in video options , and u got stretchaspect 4:3 no black bars! , BUT wenn u check that options Low ,slow video cards coming again black bars, u can write what u like in Louuch options , dossent metter u will see... -stretchaspect , or -nomsaa , and -nofbo... or ALL togheter .. same.. ALSO, Idont know what is ure PC, or LAPtop, i have laptop with 2 -Video Card, intel, and radeo, I fixed so, I go on desctop right klick open INtel Grafik settings and -> Display,, and > FULL screen > /vollbild skalieren/ and Übernehmen , APllly ( i writing on deutch becouse my laptops is on german language. / and after u cant delete from launch optios -stretchaspect and see ALL is ok, u got Normal resolution 4:3 640, 800,1024 on full display. Thast was my way to fixed that, I can check in youtube maybe u find another way for ure system.
