Freezing in CS 1.6 (windows 10)

Sry for my bad english. The problem is: My OS was Windows 7 and the game was running perfect, Today i've upgrade to Windows 10. Game works fine (100fps no drops) but it freeze for a second every 15-20 seconds. I noticed the freezing is caused from sound. When i throw a granade it freeze for a second when the sound from explosion plays. Also when i play in public server and in the end of the map it starts to count timeleft seconds with sound, the game starts to lag every second when counting. Also my sound when shooting is terrible and it lags too. I tryed to reinstall cs and put launch options but it doesn't help. How to fix that?

- firstly download this config (.cfg) file and copy [ctrl+c]
- secondly open the app source files:
(example >>> "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Half-Life\cstrike")
- thirdly paste there the config file [ctrl+v]
- fourthly open the counter-strike, open the console in the game and type:
exec ghf.cfg

that's all!
