Skins are the same as the Condition Zero???

For some reason, my CS 1.6 skins are of same of cs: cz ... I don't know why ..
I bought the Counter-Strike pack and it has always been like that.
Does anyone know how I can get as original CS 1.6 Skins back?
No need to download files ... is there any way I can change some option in CS 1.6 from my Steam to always download with the original skin?
