i CANT OPEN HLDS

so i recently bought CS1.6 from steam instead of playing warzone.
but HLDS and half life does not open.when i try to open HLDS nothing happens.its so sad i wasted the money.-_-

Have you downloaded HLDS from the Steam tools?

Sometimes it happens that the files are modified and by an error, doesn't run hlds.exe.
Go to the steam library, Counter-Strike> Second click> Properties> Local files> Verify integrity of the files

it shows there is 1 file not work properly
