If gather network was still around I'd refer you to go there but they closed down, and as did ESEA's 1.6 pug servers.

Fastcup is what are you looking for , unfortunately few servers are down now for ex. frankfrut , warsaw and some other servers don't work

the game is trully dying guys ... even fastcup is now like 400 users closed society,the public servers are dust2 only filled with ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ camping since 1999 and now that i wasnt playing any cs for the past 10 years i feel kinda post apocalyptic vibes.
