"Establishing network connection to server"

Everytime i connect to a server, it will kick me out a few secondsa after and say "Establishing network connection to server" adn then either say retry connection but it never connects back or it will direct me to another server. Is there a solution?

It could be a case of Admin Slowhacking:

You can try to delete config.cfg located in:
<Steam Installation Directory>\steamapps\<username>\counter-strike\cstrike\config.cfg

Then relaunch CS, configure your settings and use the link above to set your config.cfg to Read-only. Once that's done try to reconnect to the server you got the error with.

It could also be a popular addon used in region which is causing this, though if you're repeatedly getting redirected to the same community server then it is likely Admin Slowhacking.

i just realize that everytime i press 9 it directs me to another server but it doesn't put me to another server automatically anymore

and also i found that in my config, it says bind "Connect xdd2.ms-shadow.ro:27016" to a certain key like h,j,k,v and 9 was one of them but ever i bind v to crouch, pressing v doesn't direct me anymore

Yep definately Admin Slowhacking, the first link I posted has all you need to prevent your config from being tempered with. You might still notice attempts from certain servers trying to change your config but they're only attempts, everytime you relaunch CS everything will be as it was (with a read-only config).

The only thing that will be a bother with read-only (if you don't have an autoexec.cfg) is you'll have to unset read-only to edit your config then set it back on once you're done.
