Depending on the size of your tank you can place a couple of fishes or shellfish by making your character hold the item and right clicking on the tank. to remove a fish, just right click on the tank and a window will appear.
@beanbag - yes, you need three new fishes (blue discus, stingray, lionfish) for the master angler. You can refer to the collections tab under fishes in the game options for the ones you need.
@hawkhun - try inputting this command in the in-game chat: /changewallet
@luca - if im not mistaken island visitors are completely random once you get to repair the resort.
