Below are some of the more frequently asked questions we have seen about MEG 9: Lost Echoes. We will be monitoring comments and questions and answering those that we can, thank you for all the amazing and ongoing support!


Q: What platforms will MEG 9: Lost Echoes be available on? Will there be Mac and Linux Support?

A: We are currently hard at work on the PC release, with a PS4, XBOX One release being targeted in the future. In addition, Mac and Linux support are being investigated for the final release.

Q: What will the final release of this game look like?

A: MEG 9: Lost Echoes is currently slated to be a standalone release.

Q: How is William Gibson involved in this game?

A: William Gibson developed the backstory and many of the concepts showcased within MEG 9: Lost Echoes. We have been working with him since the very beginning of the MEG project to give our audience a unique sci-fi universe.

Q: What is the game's setting? What is the Probability Aperture? Is it post-apocalyptic? Is it in space?

A: The game primarily takes place within the Probability Aperture, a dimensional disjunction generated by your employer, Quantum Multiphasics.

Q: What does “tactical action” mean? What is the gameplay like?

A: Running and gunning is not a sufficient strategy in MEG 9: Lost Echoes. Players will need to make use of their environment, deployable units, and MEG if they want to survive. Players will have direct control over the vehicle and will be able to give orders to MEG.

Q: Is this a mission-based tower defence game?

A: No. While some objectives may require you to be on the defensive, this is not a “tower defence” game.

Having William Gibson on board gets it my vote. I love the idea of an engaging storyline in the single player campaign. Good luck!
