Required Perks and % Chance for Combat Moves
Imperials have four special combat moves they may use any time during combat. To use a specail combat move, simply select it in the Powers menu and activate it by pressing the shout button. For 30 seconds, every time you strike with a one-handed or two-handed weapon, you will have between a 5% and 50% chance to do the special move. The exact percent chance depends on the weapon skill used (one-handed or two-handed) and the highest perk you have obtained for that skill.


Imperial Disarm Move

Special Attack: Causes targe to drop all weapons held in the left and right hands.
One-Handed Weapons: Dagger, mace, sword or war axe
Two-Handed Weapons: Battle Axe, Great Sword or War Hammer
% Chance for Highest Perk Achieved:

* None - 5%
* Armsman - 10%
* Barbarian - 10%
* Armsman level 20 - 15%
* Barbarian level 20 - 15%
* Fighting Stance - 15%
* Champion Stance - 15%
* Both Fighting Stance and Armsman level 20 - 20%
* Both Champion Stance and Barbarian level 20 - 20%
* Armsman level 40 - 25%
* Barbarian level 40 - 25%
* Critical Charge - 30%
* Great Critical Charge - 30%
* Save Blows - 30%
* Devastating Blows - 30%
* Both Critical Charge and Savage Blows - 35%
* Both Great Critical Charge and Devastating Blows - 35%
* Armsman level 60 - 40%
* Barbarian level 60 - 40%
* Armsman level 80 - 45%
* Barbarian level 80 - 45%
* Paralyzing Strike - 50%
* Warmaster - 50%


Imperial Knock Down Attack

Special Attack: Causes targe to fall backward and to the ground. Targets falling backward may hit others, causing them to fall to the ground, too.
One-Handed Weapons: Dagger, mace, sword or war axe
Two-Handed Weapons: Battle Axe, Great Sword or War Hammer
% Chance for Highest Perk Achieved:

* None - 5%
* Armsman - 10%
* Barbarian - 10%
* Armsman level 20 - 15%
* Barbarian level 20 - 15%
* Fighting Stance - 15%
* Champion Stance - 15%
* Both Fighting Stance and Armsman level 20 - 20%
* Both Champion Stance and Barbarian level 20 - 20%
* Armsman level 40 - 25%
* Barbarian level 40 - 25%
* Critical Charge - 30%
* Great Critical Charge - 30%
* Save Blows - 30%
* Devastating Blows - 30%

Imperial Lucky Hit

Special Attack: Targets receive a critical hit, doing double critical damage.
One-Handed Weapons: Dagger, mace, sword or war axe
Two-Handed Weapons: Battle Axe, Great Sword or War Hammer
% Chance for Highest Perk Achieved:

* None - 5%
* Armsman - 10%
* Barbarian - 10%
* Armsman level 20 - 15%
* Barbarian level 20 - 15%
* Fighting Stance - 15%
* Champion Stance - 15%
* Both Fighting Stance and Armsman level 20 - 20%
* Both Champion Stance and Barbarian level 20 - 20%
* Armsman level 40 - 25%
* Barbarian level 40 - 25%

Special Attack: Targets fall to the ground where they stand and are unable to move for a few seconds.

* None - 5%
* Armsman - 10%
* Barbarian - 10%
* Armsman level 20 - 15%
* Barbarian level 20 - 15%

When I activate the Knock-Down ability (haven't tried the others) I knock them down 100% of the time. I just made a new character, level one.
