Can't see tooltips. Can anyone help me please?

Hi. I need help please. If I in the tardis, example: go to power button and I can't see name of that button. I have got Options>TARDIS>Control tool tips + hold C>Draw world tooltips+Hints, but it won't work. Help me please. Thank you

Seems to be a random issue, not sure what causes it either. I'll try and fix it though in the future.
