New Resources, Buildings and Spaceport Modules
Basic Resources (used to supply buildings and modules)
  • Hydrogen - Hydrogen Power Plant and Hydrocarbon plant.
  • Helium-3 - Helium-3 Power Plant
  • Carbon - Hydrocarbon Plant
  • Industrial Metals - Industrial Plant
  • Rare Earth Elements - Industrial Plant
  • Pnictogen - Hydropnic Farm
  • Water - Hydroponic Farm

Buildings (standard energy, mineral, food and science buildings are replaced)
  • Resource Extractor - adds basic resources to the tile on which it is constructed.
  • Hydogen Power Plant - produces energy.
  • Helium-3 Power Plant - produces energy
  • Hydrocarbon Plant - produces minerals.
  • Industrial Plant - produces minerals.
  • Hydroponic Farm - produces food.
  • Science Facility - produces all science types.
  • Arcologies - produce energy, minerals and food.

  • Medical Centre - renamed Gene Clinic.
  • Energy Hub - renamed Energy Grid.
  • Industrial Hub - renamed Mineral Processing Plant.
  • Logistics Hub - provides planet resource bonus (including resourse deposits). Planet Unique.

  • Mining Base - special for asteroids/barrens. Increases habitability, 100% resource bonus and slows pop growth.

Spaceport Modules
  • Naval Shipyard - increases ship construction and repair speed, lowers cost and upkeep.
  • Commercial Port - increases resource output and migration for its planet.
  • Orbital Power Facilities - produce energy.
  • Orbital Industrial Facilities - produce minerals
  • Orbital Hydro Platforms - produce food.
  • Orbital Research Facilities - produce science.
  • Mining Operation - add basic resources.
