New asset by me ;) Based on residential complex "Riviera" located in intersection of Moskovskaya and Zipovskaya streets, Krasnodar, Russia. Original buiding is 24-floor one section tower for rich citizens. IRL complex contain 2 same towers and stylobate. In game I made only tower.

In game:

- growable residential building 4x4;
- 4 lvl;
- RICO ready (recommended);
- after dark;
- $75k cost;
- 60 homes.

I really want to like this, but this building grows for lvl. 1 HD residential for some reason, leading to the building needing higher land value immediately. Is there any way you can fix this?

It's okay, Slava. I don't know how to do that "new style" thing (not that high-techy-techy).
And I don't want a monument. But I'll keep an eye out on your assets to see what else (new) you come up with. If any of them are not growable, and are residential Rico's, I'll try them out.
Thanks for the quick answer.

Unfortunately I couldn't change category of this building (it still grow in my test map). Try to create a new style and add buildings you want without Riviera and use this style in game.
If it doesn't work I can remake this asset as a monument.

Could you please make it NOT GROWABLE, and only low-income.

I don't want it to "grow" because then it starts popping up all over the map as a replacement for the vanilla buildings as they "upgrade." That would be fine, because it's a beautiful building, but it costs a lot for it's construction and for it's upkeep and a whole lot of them all over an 81-tile board suddenly brought my city ($3,000,000) to it's knees (at only $500,000) in less than 10 minutes. I had to unsubscribe from it to get it out of the board before my city tanked.

If it's NOT growable, I can resubscribe and plop just a couple (that many my city can financially handle) down, and surround them with parks, and still have your beautiful building in my map.
