MUTATOR REQUEST: Robin Hood Goat
When you hold press 'Ctrl' while you on the ground, goat stands up, grabs string of hood, and aiming arrow.
When you release 'Ctrl', goat shoot the arrow. When NPC hit by arrow, they stop the moving forever.
