MOD CONCEPT - Volkarstead (Town)

I've been creating a little town with i'ts own guards, prison, jarl and citizens and I was just wandering weather you like the idea or not?
The town exterior is surrounded by mountains and to get there you would need to travel through a tunnel (Just a load-door) in a mountain.
At the moment, NPCs include an innkeeper who is still building his inn, a female jarl, guards and an orcish chef.
Buildings include a half-built inn, a castle/fort and 2 houses.

This is a WIP mod and it has not been published yet.
Just want to know if you lot like the idea of it.

I will update it to include the fully built inn and maybe even add some quests.

Yes but it depends how detailed it is and it would be big plus if it had a quest and a little lore.

I am going to add journals that I'll scatter around for lore :3
The only downside to the quest is that the NPCs would be silent and only have subtitles :/ (I can't voice act)

If you can not do voice act then just write it still 100% better as nothing.

Right then, here's what I have so far.
Add a werewolf. XD (Even if it was sarcasm I want to add one somewhere now. ;) )
And write subtitled speech (Which will only be subtitles unless I can find a voice actor.) :D
