Okay, kind of messed up a few things due to the fact that I didn't understand how necessary setting things as the active file is in the Skyrim engine. So unfortunately I have a level that is split over 3 major files and for some reason each time I try to eliminate the doubles, they do not delete. I change them, rename them, delete doesn't seem to work all, and I still have a level that is in pieces. This has prevented me from running the level to see if it will work due to the fact that there are multiples of the level floating about. Is there a way to fix this and if so, how should I proceed?
