A really stupid mod request

For some reason, I want a female sniper for the Russians. Don't know why but it would be really awesome if someone knew of a mod that changed the look or if it was even possible to do so with this game

"double kill" when one bullet kills two enemies.
"killing spree" 10 kills without dying
"mega kill" 4+ deaths from knee mortar shell
"Ultra kill" 3+ deaths from grenade
"Ownage" when taking the original reinforcement count, the winning team is ahead by 100 reinforcments of the opposing team. for instance, on saipan, axis have 300 reinforcments and allies have 312 reinforcements.
"dominating" 50 kill count from ownage
"unstoppable" 75 kill count from ownage
"Wicked sick" 15 kills without dying
"m-m-monster kill" 20 kills without dying
"Godlike" 25 kills without dying
"Holy ♥♥♥♥♥♥" 30 kill streak
"Combo ♥♥♥♥♥" Two multiple kill light mortar shots with one ammunition loadout (6 shells fired).
"DENIED!" cap gets to 75% then the defenders completely retake it.

These are rare enough that they wouldn't spam the audio constantly.

This "is" an unreal tournament mod, so it isn't entirely out of place like it is in DoTA Allstars or DoTA 2.
