Fan made DLC
Since there will be no Redguard DLC for skyrim. Why not create a collection of mods, that together can make a fan made DLC. I don't know if it's workable or not I can't make mods.

My friend has a grand plan for an epic new quest(s)/region which will add a lot of stuff. Akin to the Shivering Isles DLC from Oblivion.

It could be about Skyrim's new high king, a war with the thalmor or possibly set in hammerfell (island of Stros M'kai perhaps).

I'm going to patiently (or not so patiently) wait for Beyond Skyrim. It's a collection of mods that are going to rebuild Tamriel. All the provinces, with quests and everything. Probably going to be a long time before any of them are done but we have plenty to keep us occupied until then.
