I am a first time modder, and I am trying to create a new class, but I am having trouble figuring out how to create skills. I have my character worked out on paper, and was watching a video but the guy goes pretty fast without really explaining what he is doing. Anbody out there pretty good a creating skills that wouldn't mind helping me out? I am more than happy to give credit where credit is due. Or just take over and finish the class, I can give you the 30 skills I had worked out. Also, the character is based on a Chaos Space Marine.
