Can't download
To download i have to install then from the workshop or i have to download and install them manually?
-If from the workshop, it doesn't show a download button
-If manually where can i download it from?

If manually, l4dmaps.com or l4d2.gamebanana.com are your best bets. L4DMaps has installation instructions for manual addons in its "Other" tab, take a look at those, and remember never to double-click to install.
