Looking for a particular kind of mod...
Basically, I'm looking for a mod that simply makes it so dragons spawn regularly without doing the Dragon Rising quest first since that quest is bugged for me. Is there any mod like that?

Go to Nexus and get DEADLY DRAGON MOD. But beware - these will kick your butt, (but you can set them and animals and undead and living being to any level of 'fight' you wish. Do NOT get version 7 as the author admits that is buggy - the version of 6.x is very good mod - but be aware it too has some 'bugs' that the author is not able to 'kill' but there are EASY work arounds -
