Light: Published by Team17
November 14, 2013 - DGoodayle

Amazing news! We can now reveal our mystery benefactor is Team17!

Team17 recently revealed their plans to re-enter the third-party publishing arena and Light is the first title that has been announced! We are both excited and flattered to have the chance to co-operate with one of the oldest British indie games development studios.

What does this mean?
Light will be developed to reach even higher standards than what originally planned, thanks to the support and expertise provided by Team17.

When will we be able to play the full game?
We are aiming to bring Light to PC/Mac/Linux in 2014.

What can I do to make this happen sooner?
Light is still in the Greenlight process and we need your support. If you like the game and want to see it added to Steam please help us by voting ‘Yes'.

Don’t forget to spread the word through Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Tumblr…!

@Faber Pastel: Team17 has released stuff on GOG before, and they've had a humble weekly sale, so that doesn't rule out a DRM-free build.

Publisher? Does that mean no DRM-free builds?
