Top 100 and Progress Update
July 28, 2013 - GalaxyTrail

We must extend a big Thank You to everyone who helped pushed us onto Greenlight's top 100 list! Although we still have a long way to go before we make an impression on the higher-ups, this is a huge step forward in our Greenlight quest.

Over the past couple months, we have also been continuing with graphical revamps, stage development, and cutscenes for Adventure Mode. Here are a few screenshots of what's coming up...

We are currently working on the fifth stage, Jade Creek. After its completion, we will have officially reached the halfway mark with the core stages. After all stages are complete, we can start fleshing out the game world of Avalice with cutscenes, hub areas, NPCs, minigames, and more. We're quite eager to start piecing everything together!

Ahh!very nice decision!giving the players the choice most of the time.ah branching pathways how i love thee in videogames.just wish i could have donated to that kickstarter before it was too late.i had a great idea to design a boss robot.ah well, you win some you lose some.

Phantom R - I'm actually having the reverse issue, since it's hard to come up with things to do under the water. In any case, the stage is evenly split between underwater and above-water sections, and usually gives you a choice between stay above or diving in.

considering how well the swimming worked in the demo i'm sure that Jade Creek will be enjoyable since it won't be like Sonic the Hedgehog levels where you can't swim.just one's not gunna be like Labyrinth Zone where there's hardly any areas above the surface is it?

That last screenshot wows me. I guess I'm just a sucker for night-time stages. =)
