It should if this mod is set later than his mod in the load order. It an old mod though, so things may have changed.

You say you have resolved the conflict with headbomb's Smithing Perks Overhaul. So the two mods do work together now, correct?

I was ticked when I tried to get daedric smithing but it didn't work. I used a console command to do it but this is way more convenient.

Say you went up the Light Armor side of the Smithing tree. You would only be able to go to Dragon smithing, no Daedric. With this mod, you're able to go from Dragon smithing to Daedric without having to use all of your perks to level up the Heavy Armor side of the tree.

I don't know why I didn't do it first either, because when I got around to attempting it I discovered there was no way to merge the changes I had made to perks into one mod. Wheras had I did this first I could have just selectively removed data.
