I'm not finding in anywhere down there. Searched the chests and the deck areas (as others have mentioned) and cannot find this little gem!

went back down and found fin gleam sitting on deck of one of the ships, thank-you for the mod and the fin gleam . a big thumbs up this time...

congrats i can not find your fin gleam spent alot of time down by the sunken ships found chests with loot but no fin. have to give you a thumbs down for now

The detect life portion of the enchantment doesn't seem to be working for me. Any idea why?

I loved this helm in Oblivion! It was a pain to find and get both SO worth it!
I will enjoy the treasure hunt for this helm in Skyrim now as well!
