...what? That thought didn't even occur to me. It may be that it works, but is not recommended, as Alduin is a very script heavy Actor that very many unforseen effects caused by his resurrection. When Alduin dies, the body disappears anyway, so I don't know how you will do that.
But the thought is interesting, it certainly works on normal dragons. (I've tried)

It only affects Inventory, Trade and Crafting menus though.
If you use a mod that removes essentials, this can be vital for fixing quests broken by this.
