Not sure why I didn't see any notifications on your comment, but at any rate I deleted stuff in the alchemy room when I put in the stairs there. Not-to-mention I put alchemy stuff in the basement itself.

What's "subbed on this mod?" Are you using another mod that does something with the chest, bookshelves, and other items in the alchemy room that are no longer there? That's the only thing I can think of that would cause a confliction.

Definitely some brilliant work here, the exit to the abandoned shack is a nice touch. I have been scouting locations for an outside exit for Solitude :P
