maybe you could make a armor mod for the player that turns their character into a monster like you could make a robe that makes you turn into a dwarven centurion or a helm that makes you a hagraven and for the attacks it could be where it depends what weapons you have equiped for the damage of the monster

hehe... hey, you should practice with changing Lydia into playable race (or Dremora), or maybe, ugh, a skeleton? Skeletons can use weapons you know.

or even better, atronach Lydia.
