At first I thought the mod screwed up my relationship with Hod & Gurdur. They both kept asking me to leave whenever I went in to buy wood. Then it dawned on me. Their house is small. They already have a boy & a dog, and the boy doesn't even have his own bed, that and Ralof is now occupying it. It's a pretty crowded place, especially now with the addition of the puppy.

So I did what I thought was best. I killed the puppy. Hod & Gurdur are now happy again!

The moral of this story is, it's not a bug after all, and I now like this mod again. Cheers, Sam!

lol @ Garrus technically they ask for more protection so having a few guards wouldn't mean much

I installed this with all the "Towns and Villages enhanced" modifications and it screwed up my save file..

I got a message from the BOSS tool that the riverwoodflora.esp contains dirty edits and that it needs cleaning. Would be nice if you looked into this. :-)

AMAZING i love this mod everything abought it makes the play better XD good job.. onlything i saw was the whind is fairly loud an repeats alot but thats all iv seen thanks for the mod

i love the enhancements but if your up to it why not give riverwood its own guards not to replace the quest were you have to get them guards but make it seem diverse were as it has some of its own form of protection rather than being unprotected until you come cause really you wouldnt expect guards not to be there until a dragon was heard of just saying riverwood would have obviously had guards but if you want to stick to scenery thats fine just wish riverwood had some of its own type of militia or something

@SoupierGalaxy - The warpaint is indeed custom, so it's not obtainable in game =). Yes, I agree, laptops aren't too well suited for intense gaming! They can also burn your lap if you try to game for too long =P. Grats on the new PC!

Wonderful mod. It adds so much atmosphere. I,m loving it. Using it with Hunters Cabin of Riverwood without any issues. I think it actually compliments your mod. It sits just a little behind the campfire, Highly recommend this mod,View is beautiful. A keeper for me .Thank

@Ash - Yes, there are several player houses available for Riverwood. They should be compatible, unless they are placed in areas I've modified.

Did you make Alvor "Essential" ? It is so annoying to see his body every time i get to Riverwood. Guess he is the only one who attacks dragons there :p

followers are having problems crossing the bridge on outside of town after the latest update, they fall through or something and end-up in the river? O.O
maybe you can quickly check pathfinding or something?

@give_a_grunt - Try opening the console window (by hitting the "~" key in game). Then click on a part of the lantern and type in "disable" and hit enter. This should remove a lantern from that spot. Let me know if this helps you, or if you don't understand =).

Sam, any chance you can move the lantern on the Riverwood side of the bridge to the other side? It clashes with the Lanterns of Skyrim bridges mod as they both add lanterns to the bridge. On the Riverwood side they are nearly in the same spot but not exactly making two lanterns. On the other side of the bridge they are on separate sides so no problem. Realy love the mod but would rather not have to turn off the lanterns of Skyrim mod to fix this.

And i love that when the smither uses the mini smelter down stairs, you have to wait to he get upstairs again to shop. to make him go upstairs if You don`t have the time to waut for him, just press use smelter :) it whould been awesome if you make a script in dialog when he uses the mini-smelter to say"Whait to we get upstairs, then you can se what ive got in my shop" or something, then he stop working at the smelter and go upstairs like if you pushed "use smelter" :) Just a little idea to make this mod even betther :) i Just love this mod :)

@Kan - Yes, I'm adding a player home to Expanded. I'm hoping to have a preview of Expanded added sometime soon. =)

@Kan - I'm not working on Addons anymore, but yes, I'm taking all the changes from Addons and adding them to Enhanced. It's better to consolidate them into one mod instead of developing two seperate mods. Were you looking for something you want added? Right now I'm also working on Riverwood Expanded, which I hope to have out soon, and Ridgeview House, which is currently on Skyrim Nexus but I will add it to Steam soon.

@Artyom - I'm currently running at 1920x1080. I'm waiting for the nVidia 700/800 series before I do 2560x1600 since I find the GTX 670/680s too weak for 60+ FPS gaming at that resolution. One mod I forgot to mention was the Static Mesh Improvement Mod (on Skyrim Nexus), that's the last mod I have installed, though it doesn't really change much in the screenshots.

I appreciate the mod breakdown a lot! I've got a high-end system that'll handle anything I throw at it. I've added all the mods you've mentioned and modified my Nvidia control panel as well. Everything looks loads better. What resolution are you running?

@Kan - I'm updating the mod around Wednesday, and it will include a fix for the smelter so Alvor does not get stuck =).

@Artyom - I used the Bethesda Hi-Res update (you can get the DLC on Steam) and an ENB profile by SharpShooter (on Skyrim Nexus). For the water I used W.A.T.E.R. by OpticShooter (on Skyrim Nexus). I also enabled high quality Ambient Occlusion in my nVidia control panel (requires a powerful video card for playable FPS though), and finally I enabled Transparency Supersampling (4x, up to 8x, and this also requires a powerful video card). Let me know if you have more questions! =)

I've noticed in some of the pictures for your mod its very "High Def" looking, especially the pic with the couple on the bench and the flower pic after it. What mods are you running to get that kind of definition?
