Huh. Decided to test it out rather than bother for more description of the spell (at least the author was kind enough to give its location, that's more than most do), and found a... rather interestingly named spell with a description claiming that it had the effect of Chain Lightning, Fire Storm on target, Magelight, and Incinerate put into one spell. Unfortunately, when I tested it out, it only kept the Maglight and Incinerate effects (and perhaps the damage from the Chain Lightning, but not its secondary targeting).
