the same problem...
In the 1st person view it works for a certain distance, but in the 3rd person view it doesn't work until you literally stand in front of your opponent...
Please fix this
And if it's cast very near to him...it does effect him, but the sound of the rocks coming up is like 5- 10 seconds to late
To effect foes with the spell I have to be very near to them...(a range in which I probably could hit them with a sword)... in your video you cast the spell from farther than that...
Do you have any idea what went wrong??
I'd like it even more if i had to use this spell wisely and make each one count. making it use 75-80% of magicka would definitely make it much more enjoyable for me, so i don't feel tempted to trap everyone i see, and have little to no consequence for doing it.
and the duration could use a very small tweak too. i'd feel better if it lasted only 20 seconds instead of 30. right now i feel like enemies don't stand a chance against me, they can only watch as i entrap and damage them relentlessly until they die, haha.
Other than that, great mod. but it feels a bit too overpowered for me to truly enjoy it. might have to uninstall for a bit until it's tweaked so im not tempted to trap everything i see. Fav'd so i can access it later at some point.
Hoshiyama: That's an idea I have been kicking around for a while. We'll see ;)
firellius: Of course!
perhaps a conjure mod of an earth elemental would be cool. you know, something like a storm atronach without the lightning combined with animations of a giant.
crack the floor, magma pours outward, making a temporary area that causes fire damage if stepped on (unless you are a flame atronach) and eventually turns black and dissapears.
I totaly miss the crowd control part for mages in Skyrim, can i haz a bundle plz i have too many mods. XD
