i dont have money to buy it '--
1) Have you started Skyrim and allowed the mod to download?
2) Do you have the mod enabled?
The merchant is in plain sight in the middle of the sanctuary, with the vanilla npcs.
I'll try out the updated version and see.
So if you removed that one spell tome I'm thinking this mod would be perfectly stable.
After having the game crash twice while I was scrolling down the list of available spell tomes, I started checking which spell tome the issue lay with.
It's the "Conjure ice wraith" one, every time I even see the text for that one, the game crashes instantly to desktop.
As I'm not familiar with the scripting (or indeed, programming) aspects of this game, I have no clue why this one spell causes troubles, but it's that one that crashes the game for me.
I would really love to see a version of the mod where this problem has been fixed or this particular spell removed, but as it is now, if the spells have been added to the random loot table (Meaning that it could potentially appear in a chest later on and cause this crash at random) I'm afraid that I will have to remove the mod. It's a pity too because I would have really loved to be able to summon frost trolls...
If there's any way I can help you (maybe some kind of debugger that can get installed to trace the error produced?) just say the word, I'd really like to try the mod. Until then, I think it's bye bye to it, sadly.
