You are so awesome! This makes the Destruction disintegration perk much more attractive, and it's nice to see those annoying ash piles diappear.
neilbert1 Jul 3, 2014 @ 4:28pm
Wonderful!

It's not working. I made sure i had no other ash pile mods, but they're still there well after an hour.
PixelPainter Aug 30, 2013 @ 2:49pm
Thank you so much for this mod. The eternal ash piles were very irritating.
Jester Aug 8, 2013 @ 5:56am
If you use USKP don't use this mod (it's already included)
a23j Jul 19, 2013 @ 10:15pm
does it also delete harkon's ashes?
STV Jul 3, 2013 @ 12:43pm
Looking forward to using this to clean the ash carpets in Windhelm
cyberpunkdreams Jun 19, 2013 @ 5:10pm
I have so, so, so been wanting this. Thanks!
goliath001 May 22, 2013 @ 11:53am
Now my necromancer can go about a clean business, no more ash piles! Thanks.
Chaz May 7, 2013 @ 5:46pm
Is there a reason why those nasty ash piles won't go away? It makes it impossible to resurrect an NPC once they turn to ash piles.
DefiantSauce Mar 9, 2013 @ 6:56am
Now I can have Serana as a followerer without leaving purple dust in our wake!
Seatonsan Mar 5, 2013 @ 1:00pm
Thank you! You have fixed Serana's only flaw!
Koros Jan 1, 2013 @ 8:36am
must-have. i am surprised there wasnt a patch for this.
Fierysaint Dec 5, 2012 @ 7:37pm
Yeah i married the hottest chick with a house in Shor's Stone, had a vamp attack, now i walk out my front porch every morning and see the same damn ash pile ive been seeing for 2 months! And ive been thru 2 dragon carcasses in my town that have rotted away clean, but no, not that damn ugly ash pile in the middle of the street! It still remains! So i will be happily and gleefully subscribing this Godsend of a mod! CLICK!!!
MacGuffin Love Dec 5, 2012 @ 12:54pm
same thing with fallout 3 with lazer and plasma weapons, they never officaily fixed it, so don't expect the same
SuperD Oct 31, 2012 @ 4:14am
But if I dont loot it will it stay there to gimme another chance to notice it?
GySgt. Fluffums Sep 25, 2012 @ 10:46am
@Xailord: read the description
Mistythread Aug 16, 2012 @ 2:14pm
can this effect ghost remians too?
Turret23 Aug 12, 2012 @ 9:58pm
the unofficial skyrim patch fixes this so this mod isnt needed after getting the patch
Puzzled Panda Aug 6, 2012 @ 9:24pm
Thanks, this and bodies disapearing after time should have been done from start...
TheElitistCamel Aug 2, 2012 @ 5:22pm
sounds good, but i am surprised there wasnt a patch for this.
Coopter333 Aug 2, 2012 @ 2:37am
Super Mod macht das Spiel realistischer
J-Daw Jul 3, 2012 @ 9:42pm
@Voodooman... I would think its more "consolish" that they last forever - its a pile of ash! It could blow away in the wind, be swept by a townsperson, you name it! Nothing should last forever.
Acality Jun 26, 2012 @ 2:43pm
Really? Bethesda still havn't made an official fix for this problem yet? Wow, just wow.

Definately going to use this mod then.
plastic May 6, 2012 @ 10:45am
This is essential if you are a mage because who wants to see ashes all over the place.....forever!
Kable Apr 7, 2012 @ 11:31am
@Voodooman
There's plenty of reason to have them work like this. Many of the summoned monsters turn to ash when they're killed/timeout. Over time it will majorly clutter areas, especially in cities, it looks extremely ugly seeing 50 ashes laying around a little town. It has nothing to do with RAM or consoles.....
droogins Apr 4, 2012 @ 1:28pm
I was waiting for someone to do this. Got sick of markfordelete-ing everything I electrocuted. It doesn't matter if your machine can handle the bloated saves... in a windy place like Skyrim you shouldn't be running across the ashen remains of stuff you killed a month ago. Good work.

Too bad arrows aren't so simple. Bleak Falls Barrow still looks like a pincushion.
meganm14 Mar 30, 2012 @ 3:20pm
After I killed Ulfric Stormcloak I turned him undead then killed him and now I can clean up his ashy mess.

kadzhit_kote Mar 28, 2012 @ 3:28am
вы хоть напешите что это мод пепельный пепел от нексуса
Mar 26, 2012 @ 4:17pm
besides the ash textures are shitty, they were used in FO3
Flippetized Mar 25, 2012 @ 9:18am
disable doesn't delete them. you'd also have to "markfordelete"
Kotommi Mar 25, 2012 @ 6:58am
Of course there is always the "disable" command.
CALEB Mar 25, 2012 @ 6:35am
i will love to see a mod were the body decompose, just like the game jagged alliance 2..
that will be awesome
Supersam109 Mar 25, 2012 @ 5:50am
great is the time for the ash stop rest in place one week thanks you!
mike.loux (Tempus Frangit) Mar 24, 2012 @ 5:34pm
Awesome. Gets a little silly after the third radiant quest to Hob's Fall and the piles are stacked atop one another.

Hmm, I wonder if they could be exploited a-la the Floating Paintbrush Glitch in Oblivion... :-)
BlackJack_sun Mar 24, 2012 @ 1:01pm
Great mod! I got it off of the Nexus. Thanks for making this!!!

Here is Nexus link for anyone that wants it.

w00t! I agree with Jay, too...a hair longer (like 3 IG hours maybe?) would be handy, but all in all I'm just grateful to have a way to make them disappear!
Matt Freakin' Cain Mar 24, 2012 @ 12:36am
Finally I can get rid of all those piles of goo that were left behind by the Spectral Assassin!

@(CSn)SuperMutantBehemoth
Well, it says one hour of game time, and I really don't know how anyone could make it any clearer for you.
SuperMutantBehemoth Mar 23, 2012 @ 10:32am
one hour? one in game hour or one real life hour?
Jay Mar 23, 2012 @ 9:26am
Can you make a slightly extended time period before they disapear? I mean it's good they disapear I just think they should only be gone once you recisit that location after a while rather than all of the ash piles gone on your way out of a dungeon.
