I want a Japanese language implementation.
When will that be implemented?

I don't know what to think about this game. There are some things that don't convince me like the gameplay style or the character art. I'll think about it.
Limboldt May 28 @ 3:09pm
Sci-Fi, RPG, Tower Defense, Stroy, Skills...sounds nice.

Good to Hear!!

@skiiwa. Yes sir, it is very much alive although you will not be able to tell by the lack of comments and updates from my part. Bad! I will try to be more vigilant....

Thank you very much. We are working hard and hope not to disappoint!

This game looks great! I'm quite fond of strategy and space games anyway, but this game looks very unique and worth my money.
scottabc72 Oct 23, 2013 @ 5:53am
Looks really good but I guess its probably too late to ask for a less cheesy character name than 'duke'.

@Moorsey122
Thank you! As far as finishing touches goes, the game is still in production, so a lot of polishing is still in the works, have no fear.
Moorsey122 ♣™ Sep 2, 2013 @ 10:24am
Spore space stage mixed with Tower Defense, looks really promising. Being critical, a little of the graphics in your trailers look like they could do with another go. Other than that, looks great.

@GigaBane
Haha, my bad for misunderstanding! Thank you for the support, we appreciate it and it drives us to make a better game!
GigaBane Aug 30, 2013 @ 7:27pm
@Divinity, I meant the overall theme of the game, the space like atmosphere is in many games. Still, I did say it was great, and though I didn't state so in my last comment, I do indeed think it is unique. I only think the space theme isn't unique. (I just judge indie games strictly because of the million of minecraft ripoffs on Xbox live shop) I'll think about buying it, because I like the space theme.
Divinity  [author] Aug 30, 2013 @ 9:38am
@GigaBane
Could you maybe point out a game with our specific mix of RTS, RPG and TD? In my humble opinion it is pretty unique, yes not each individual component, but in a holistic view.
As far as polishing goes, the game is still in production, so a lot of polishing is still in the works, have no fear.
GigaBane Aug 30, 2013 @ 8:47am
To many space games thinking they are doing something unique and new. Still a great game, anyways, COULD use a bit of polishing.
zPanter Aug 30, 2013 @ 12:35am
se ve interesante serio bueno que lo lanzen en steam
Divinity  [author] Aug 28, 2013 @ 12:42pm
@Barack Osama
Hi, actually, its pretty far removed from Endless Space.
* It's real-time, not turn based;
* Focus is on the hero using his abilities to turn the tide of battles;
* Skill and action are at the order of the day, much quicker and more adrenaline than Endless Space;
And quite a few more...
Dj =D Aug 28, 2013 @ 12:41pm
Funny how several 100 other greenlight games have been voted on, without spamming comments. Your game should be good enough to drawn people in on it's own.
1st Lt. OBVIOUS Aug 28, 2013 @ 12:27pm
Endless Space all over again.
Divinity  [author] Aug 28, 2013 @ 12:20pm
@Dj =D
You do what you have to do to get more people to see the game. Not forcing anyone to vote yes.
Dj =D Aug 28, 2013 @ 12:13pm
This game seems good, but spamming comments sections? Come on man. That's just low.

let me know if you need voice acting in your game. I am happy to contribute my time to indie games.

very nice...i like see this game coming here ;)
Sunny Haven Aug 27, 2013 @ 10:40pm
Space indie-game, but very interisting project.
Airinnann Aug 27, 2013 @ 12:36am
Oh you have sunk your claws into my brain you clever devil. RTS is by far one of my favorite styles of gaming. It looks like a pleasent blend of Star Wars Empires at War and Endless Space with that large four way branching skill web and the galatic exploration along with galactic combat with a lovely planetary background. I just pray you don't fall into the alluring trap of cutting corners and time so that everything is nice and properly fleshed out before a full release. Too many promising games I've seen fall to their doom when they try to branch out like you have with features because of that honeyed trap of time and budget saving corner cutting.

Ok thanks,looking forward to this.
Divinity  [author] Aug 24, 2013 @ 3:03pm
@Markgrave
This is exactly the feel we are chasing, super solid gameplay that has the player sweating at the end of a mission...
Divinity  [author] Aug 24, 2013 @ 3:03pm
@stinkypantsr
Not yet unfortunately. The game is nearing completion, and if it is done and not Greenlit yet, we will sell it using other means (from our Website for instance). Watch this space!
Markgrave Aug 24, 2013 @ 2:26pm
Looks just right enough to be an indie game with effort put into it. I getting tired of big budget games that fail to deliver solid gameplay. From what I saw this has some good things going for it. Good luck Devs
stinkypantsr Aug 24, 2013 @ 12:44pm
no way to buy out of steam? I thought I asked last night but I think my brain was paying tricks on me.

It's a pretty standard way of implementing skill progression, with the added advantage that you can jump between different ability types in the same category (Attribute, Symbiosis or Calamity) quite easily because of the "Web" design and inter-connections. I have tried to implement challenges that does not require a 'single ability solution to the problem' approach, but rather a 'more than one way to skin a cat' approach. Also, in missions where you cannot proceed without a specific ability, that ability is temporarily given to the player at level 1 (for that mission alone,) if he/she has not researched it yet.

Lastly, should you be stuck at a specific point, you can always do a few skirmishes to gain more experience, more levels and ultimately reach the upgrade you need to proceed.
[R] RAKKMAN!! Aug 23, 2013 @ 3:51pm
This might be good for those who enjoy really crunchy, detail-intensive RTS games. I'm not really one of them. I'd much rather focus on the battlefield and direct management of easy-to-understand yet tactically-diverse units, than have to worry about a lot of behind-the-scenes manipulation of levelling and resources. I'd hate to find myself gimped with no possibility of reset if I should choose my skills poorly.

This isn't a game I can support.
