This game looks great! I'm quite fond of strategy and space games anyway, but this game looks very unique and worth my money.

Spore space stage mixed with Tower Defense, looks really promising. Being critical, a little of the graphics in your trailers look like they could do with another go. Other than that, looks great.

@Divinity, I meant the overall theme of the game, the space like atmosphere is in many games. Still, I did say it was great, and though I didn't state so in my last comment, I do indeed think it is unique. I only think the space theme isn't unique. (I just judge indie games strictly because of the million of minecraft ripoffs on Xbox live shop) I'll think about buying it, because I like the space theme.

Could you maybe point out a game with our specific mix of RTS, RPG and TD? In my humble opinion it is pretty unique, yes not each individual component, but in a holistic view.
As far as polishing goes, the game is still in production, so a lot of polishing is still in the works, have no fear.

Hi, actually, its pretty far removed from Endless Space.
* It's real-time, not turn based;
* Focus is on the hero using his abilities to turn the tide of battles;
* Skill and action are at the order of the day, much quicker and more adrenaline than Endless Space;
And quite a few more...

Oh you have sunk your claws into my brain you clever devil. RTS is by far one of my favorite styles of gaming. It looks like a pleasent blend of Star Wars Empires at War and Endless Space with that large four way branching skill web and the galatic exploration along with galactic combat with a lovely planetary background. I just pray you don't fall into the alluring trap of cutting corners and time so that everything is nice and properly fleshed out before a full release. Too many promising games I've seen fall to their doom when they try to branch out like you have with features because of that honeyed trap of time and budget saving corner cutting.

Looks just right enough to be an indie game with effort put into it. I getting tired of big budget games that fail to deliver solid gameplay. From what I saw this has some good things going for it. Good luck Devs

It's a pretty standard way of implementing skill progression, with the added advantage that you can jump between different ability types in the same category (Attribute, Symbiosis or Calamity) quite easily because of the "Web" design and inter-connections. I have tried to implement challenges that does not require a 'single ability solution to the problem' approach, but rather a 'more than one way to skin a cat' approach. Also, in missions where you cannot proceed without a specific ability, that ability is temporarily given to the player at level 1 (for that mission alone,) if he/she has not researched it yet.

Lastly, should you be stuck at a specific point, you can always do a few skirmishes to gain more experience, more levels and ultimately reach the upgrade you need to proceed.

This might be good for those who enjoy really crunchy, detail-intensive RTS games. I'm not really one of them. I'd much rather focus on the battlefield and direct management of easy-to-understand yet tactically-diverse units, than have to worry about a lot of behind-the-scenes manipulation of levelling and resources. I'd hate to find myself gimped with no possibility of reset if I should choose my skills poorly.

This isn't a game I can support.

hey thought i would share some ideas on how you can make your game more popular on steam, and get more votes.

1 ask steam about implementing trading cards for your game, you can make a bit of money, and they are fun for us to collect.

2 see about steam acheivements for your game they are fun and popular.
