thats okay :) worth a shot :P
JKalenad  [author] Feb 4 @ 9:18am
Sorry, but no. I don't actually do requests or custom meshes. The Megaton Hammer, for instance, was cobbled together from vanilla components. While I could conceivably do the same for the Doom Hammer, I have too many other projects I'm currently working on.
Kif Kroker Feb 4 @ 9:02am
Would you be willing to make a warhammer simillar to the doom hammer in WoW ? I was looking for a good Shaman warhammer and they're hard to come by
JKalenad  [author] Dec 21, 2013 @ 11:39am
No, the speedup DOES work with the Silver Gauntlets. It's just not as pronounced. The Silver and Golden gauntlets speed all weapons up, they don't check for the Megaton Hammer specifically.
I'll update the description to keep from misleading people.

so the speedup only works with the golden gauntlets and not the silver ones? Boo...
»IdolHands« Dec 15, 2013 @ 9:02pm
I see.
JKalenad  [author] Dec 15, 2013 @ 6:46pm
Oh, the Skull Hammer is already done. I used a Troll skull.
Of course, it's exclusive to Relics of Hyrule, which is itself exclusive to the Nexus. Because it's such a huge mod.
»IdolHands« Dec 15, 2013 @ 5:26pm
Use the Skull of Nightmares (or whatever it's called) for the hammer head!
JKalenad  [author] Aug 10, 2013 @ 4:22pm
Hmm, that's a good idea, and I think it would be within my set of skills...
I have a mental picture of what that might look like translated into Skyrim, and it is awesome.
Permafrost Aug 10, 2013 @ 3:50pm
What if you went for the long-handled skull hammer from Windwaker? I'm sure you could make an extremely epic version. Btw, love your mods- nice work.
JKalenad  [author] Aug 8, 2013 @ 9:51am
That is far, FAR beyond my skills as a modder. And based on how the game works, all maces would share the kill move as well.
-W3E- Pigman3455 Aug 8, 2013 @ 8:50am
I feel like there should be a unique kill cam animation for killing people or things with the hammer...like, if you fought a dragon you would do a backflip backwards into it smashing its head upwards, then jumping up and crushing its skull downwards.
JKalenad  [author] Jul 28, 2013 @ 10:43pm
I do not do requests, but I have actually had a Hero's Bow planned for some time. The Skulltulas and some other mods come first, however.
smtm11 Jul 28, 2013 @ 10:41pm
can you do somthing like the heros bow?
smtm11 Jul 28, 2013 @ 6:21pm
i love your zelda mods by the way
smtm11 Jul 28, 2013 @ 6:21pm
ok
JKalenad  [author] Jul 28, 2013 @ 5:15pm
I don't know. I don't know how long it will take, and I have a few other mods I'm going to release first.
smtm11 Jul 28, 2013 @ 4:18pm
when will the skultula be relesed
smtm11 Jul 28, 2013 @ 3:57pm
oh ok
JKalenad  [author] Jul 28, 2013 @ 3:10pm
A Deku Scrub would be beyond my abilities as a modder, but I will be working on a Skultula mod soon.
smtm11 Jul 28, 2013 @ 2:03pm
like a deku scrub
insted of sceavers
smtm11 Jul 28, 2013 @ 2:02pm
you should do a enemy mod
JKalenad  [author] Jul 27, 2013 @ 11:38pm
Oh, I see. I will consider doing something like that, as many of my mods (for instance, the Master Sword and magic arrows) do something similar already. If I do go ahead with it, it will only be for the mods that don't already have something like that in place, and they will have to be riddles. I don't want it to be too easy: I want to encourage people to explore Skyrim and discover things on their own. Games rarely do that anymore.
Silthnios Shadowscale Jul 27, 2013 @ 9:57pm
Not a single tome, nor exact locations, make like note pages giving hints to the location of the weapon, armour or item. You could find the note describing where to find this in a random dungeon that you don't tell anyone where it is, other than indirectly, like, "You will find a note in the tomb of the Master of Voices." or something along those lines. I'm just slightly tired of shift+tabbing every few minutes to look up another location as I hunt these down.
JKalenad  [author] Jul 26, 2013 @ 9:27pm
With my mods, I'm sort of trying to stay true to old games like The Legend of Zelda, which did not exactly give the guidance you needed to solve puzzles or find hidden things. My intent was to have the player stumble across the Zelda relics in the course of their adventure. Plus, my mods treat Hyrule as a civilization older than the Dwemer, so a single tome with all of the locations would not exactly fit the mythos.
Silthnios Shadowscale Jul 26, 2013 @ 5:21pm
What you should do that would be really awesome and make it where I could spend more time in game instead of looking at various workshop and nexus pages is make a book that has the locations of all the zelda equipment so we can just look at that.
JKalenad  [author] Jul 25, 2013 @ 4:22pm
Though, looking it up, the appearance of the Dwarven hammer and the hammer from Fallout are remarkably similar. That may have been intentional on Bethesda's part.
JKalenad  [author] Jul 25, 2013 @ 4:20pm
I've never played Fallout, so that is a coincidence. The model is actually a mix of the dwarven mace and warhammer rextextured to be silver and with a pretty neat enchantment.
GuardianVR Jul 25, 2013 @ 4:10pm
you just made the power hammer from fallout grey but its still a great mod
xxBootyxPopper$xx Jul 24, 2013 @ 7:46pm
Thanks!!!
JKalenad  [author] Jul 24, 2013 @ 4:54pm
As I mention in the description, the Hammer is at Arcwind Point.
xxBootyxPopper$xx Jul 24, 2013 @ 4:29pm
How do you get the hammer?
JKalenad  [author] Jul 24, 2013 @ 11:17am
I'm working on a huge Nexus-exclusive compilation of all of my Zelda mods using the Terminan Forge as the core of it all, and connecting the lore together through books, but quests and dungeons are well beyond my patience and skills.
Silthnios Shadowscale Jul 24, 2013 @ 11:09am
Oh, darn, I was hoping at then end of this you were going to make some epic dungeon where you were going to place the items... Ah well, everything you've done so far is epic enough.
JKalenad  [author] Jul 24, 2013 @ 9:52am
A dungeon is far beyond my skills. All I can do is tiny ruins that don't have doors or NavMeshes.
Plus, I don't know if the dungeons fit the story I set up for the mod. If I did have the skills and time to make one, it would be utterly demolished with age, making the Dwemer ruins look like well-kept mansions.
Silthnios Shadowscale Jul 24, 2013 @ 7:55am
Have you considered making one of the dungeons? Or just a Zelda themed dungeon with lots of puzzles and things that make you want to scream bad words at the screen.
JKalenad  [author] Jul 23, 2013 @ 9:31am
I have and I sort of did: the Archer and Scout Armors of Hyrule. I ended up reimagining it, though, so don't expect a perfect re-creation of his clothes. Other people have already done that very nicely.
Gyro Zeppeli Jul 22, 2013 @ 10:47pm
Yo JK ever think of doing Link's outfit?
TheRealKazmir Jul 22, 2013 @ 2:00pm
Love the mods still!
smtm11 Jul 21, 2013 @ 3:06am
cool mod man
Imbusharu Sirutini Jul 19, 2013 @ 3:36pm
nvm i found it
JKalenad  [author] Jul 19, 2013 @ 1:01pm
Did you check in the collection JKalenad's Zelda Mods, which this mod is in also?
The title of the mod is The Blade of Evil's Bane.
Imbusharu Sirutini Jul 19, 2013 @ 12:54pm
i cant find the master sword mod that u made
JKalenad  [author] Jul 19, 2013 @ 8:52am
I don't have the skills to make a Gust Jar or Slingshot happen. A Slingshot is logically possible, but I wouldn't be able to make it.
The lantern seems reasonable; there are mods that add portable lanterns, and other mods that add throwing weapons. Unfortunately, I'm not the person to make that work for Skyrim.
-W3E- Pigman3455 Jul 19, 2013 @ 8:15am
I wouldnt mind having Link's slingshot appear, or the Gust Jar (those things are awesome: suck up in Octarok and make it shoot people!) or even another thing from Link....like the fire lantern (hold it in your hand like a torch: if you attack with it it'll be flung into a persons face, lighting them on fire, and then come back later on.)
ZeroSbr Jul 17, 2013 @ 6:26am
Yup. I guess that explains why the Nexus has way more files than the Workshop. Probably why you also get more Nexus exclusives than Workshop exclusives too.
JKalenad  [author] Jul 16, 2013 @ 8:37pm
Yeah, a couple of my mods are only on the Nexus, as I've been having signifcant difficulties getting them to upload on the Workshop.
ZeroSbr Jul 16, 2013 @ 6:48pm
@~FoxKing~:
There is a Kokiri sword dagger mod. On the Nexus anyways.
