Other then Djargo He should be the only Khajiit in the wing. It is the the right of the courtyard the Hall of Counterance. I will double check it in my game real fast. brb with more info

Yea one of the wings to the left and right has a enchanting table on the second floor he wonders around it.

Just to doublecheck (I assume the answer is yes but since there isn't a description), this adds the vendor from your other mod but doesn't change the perks or anything else?
