Totally looks like the Vault Security helm or the Sierra madre helm from New Vegas. Still hunting for those in Skyrim.....

This reminds me of the Fallout New Vegas sierra madre security helmet from the dead money dlc

oh,and different colors for the armor and helemt,different stat's for each color like,green helmet gives extra stamina and the full set would give you 100 + stamina,blue is magicka and red is HP,while if you add other colors,like black,orange,brown whatever,they would give you more of each,so the full brown would give you stealth (black) and such,you know :D
