Again nice mod but same here the lady bard voice will drive you nuts and the man vendor will not give money when you sell to him.

At a time when you can have every DLC for cheap, making a no DLC needed mod is dumb. But wow, like others have said, by far the best house mod!

To be honest, I forgot I subscribed to this. Was pleasantly surprised to find this house on my map. It looks gorgeous, has plenty of storage and resources, and the NPCs are a really lovely touch. I would definitely recommend it!

Hi, I think your mod is awesome, but there's not much manniquins and weapon plates... and, such as in The Reserve I, bow plates would just perfect! I'm looking a mod essentialy for that in fact ;)
But you one is very nice, and I think I'm gonna live inside !

had to un subscribe.. something made my game crash and i still don tknow what it is.. but I dont think that there will be anything added to this mod anyway. so I wanted to say it is SUCH A BEAUTIFUL mod. so pretty... but now Im having a problem with the icon still being there. Im unsubscribed from steam and in my data files. but I have to keep deleting it from my data files. it keeps showing up. I just unfavored it.. now im going to see if that helps. idk why its doing this. this is a first for me. but I dont have many mods on my game.. just in my data files... ok.. I think like 20 is a lot.

I was wondering if you could add a decent sized display table in the armory.. or maybe its the smithing room.. with mini manniquins so I can have about 30 of them.to view my clothing/armor.... ... yes im a girl .. love my clothes.. sometimes lol. and maybe more weapon racks.. the standing kind. though I've seen people put them on the wall to save on room.. just looking to show off some prettys... if not thats ok.

Ok I have had a chance to play with several house mods so far. I am learning modding myself and now working on one of my own. So I was looking for inspriations and ideas. And I have tried several on the workshop so far. And my final review is this. The Reserve II is by far simply the best house mod I have found thus far. It is so brilliantly put together, in sync perfectly with the lore of skyrim and not overdone or overstocked so to keep the game play realsitcially flowing. In short VERY WELL DONE! Zaxius gives this one 10 STARS!! It is now my permanent home in Skyrim!

This is an AWESOME home! So beautifully done I really love it! GREAT WORK! One minor request to the author, is there anyway you could remove enemy status from the spriggon? Im using anods crate management system and cant cast my crate spells on any of the crates inside the atrium because the player detects the spriggon as an enemy (I get the "You can't cast this with enemies nearby) inside the atrium. I do love the mod though. Made it my new home and moved right in! This place is a must have for any new players. No need to fight some high level bad guy to get a key either lol. Thanks for the great work!!

I just redownloaded Skyrim back onto my computer. This mod was one I was keen on seeing in my game world. I love it! It's absolutely gorgeous! You did a wonderful job, and I can't wait to see what comes next. Amazing!!!

Love it. Had to delete because of corrupted save and game crashes out of nowhere, then I couldn't remember it's name, so I started coming up with random words and I FOUND IT !!!!!

no the same thing happened to me gooseboy711, you just have to restart the game or leave the game off for a week or so, thats how it happened for me, and waiting for it it totally worth it. the interior is so gorgeous that i started crying lol

I love this mod but I wonder if they update skyrim to have natural disasters like earthquakes and tsunamis and tornados this house is gone lol but it is awesomely designed
