yes, you need to both read the book and have the advanced armor perks

I am havibg difficulty finding blades armor in the forrge. Is there a specific perk I need?

what i mean by lore friendly is that i've taken the way katana's are forged as well as the description of the armors which the Blades' armor is based on and adapted them into a lore friendly version for the game.

UESP.Net is the most accurate lore sight, you should look their for lore, Wiki is innacurate.

info shows up in inventory but weapon is invisible
