I don't know what is going wrong, but all the horses are being marked as enemies (red dots on the compass) but not actually a aggressive and my followers are slaughtering them! I can't get them to stop! Help?!

Thank you! I will keep this in mind, but it will have to wait for some time, being in a car accident recently and not able to use both hands for a couple of months.

You should add in a tameing mechanic where you can capture the horse and tame it. Along with that the player could also start a stables of his own and sell horses. Have a stable hand deal witht the sales while your off adventureing or purchasing straw or crafting horse shoes and tack.

Foals are already in the mod, to be more specific: colts and fillies.

A simple way of 'taming' the animals could be accomplished by means of a spell effect. Give the wild horses a certain spell resistance so it doesn't work every time, and the actual effect of the spell replaces the horse with a 'tame' variant that will now follow you.

Not as a final version, obviously, but as a short-term fix.

Taming a horse is not possible in this mod (yet). There is another mod about taming wild animals. I haven't tried that one, but maybe it works.

I love haveing this mod, i have learned along the way that when i approach them and other beast are attacking them, I will kill the beast however my problem is with Lydia she assist in the attack for the beast but she doesnt stop she goes after the horses. I have a problem with that i don't want the horses harmed. Can you take a look at Lydia or all followers not to harm the horses. Please and thank you.

Oh, well keep working on it! You'll get it some day. I actually found a way to do it. I have the stabling mod and when I ride the horse it follows me. I was in Riften and I go up to the stables and the horse now stays at the stables and is named by my characters name. I am thinking of adding the horse armours mod so I could add armour to it.

I love the idea of wild horses in Skyrim. I have another mod downloaded but the horses keep glitching as agressive to followers. Hope to have better luck with this.

Anyone wanting better textures, there are a handful of mods that alter all vanilla-textuered horses and they're very nice. I quite like Enhanced Horse Skins by Shogun.

When I get on a Stallion or run after some other horses two become enemys and/or the entire herd but the one I'm riding. And please tell me where to find a Shadow horse

When I get close to the horses, my followers attack and kill them. Anyway you can change them not to show as enemies?

Also check your script, default is Wild state, when activated (player close enough to click or use keyboard) it changes to Tame. You can check Papyrus wiki or msg Slu11Monkey, he is a great scripter and takes the time to help others.

I used Dawn's Posh Ponies for a long time. You could get on one and it became tame as if you got it from a stable. Might check with that one also to see how it was done. Also great mix of colors.

I have been looking into the Bend Will and Kyne's Peace shouts, but I think they will not do. The first requires Dragonborn and the second somewhat puts an animal to sleep temporarily. The TO DO things are probably the hardest to create, also since there are 90 unique horses!
