(i got the perk then the mod)
This special bit tends to break soundly if you have ANY "Perk Tree" altering mods. I have yet to have any other issues with it.
But, yes, OP armor would be fun... who doesn't want ALL the enchantments on their armor? You could have all kinds of magic require 0% magic to cast, resist all 3 damage types, bonuses to all weapons. You already have an OP as hell mod, I'm simply suggesting you take the next step and complete its OPness. =P
I must admit i began making "OP" characters after completing the game on hard or whatever its called.
