Forgot to mention. Also if there was a fly mode that you could control your height off the ground. That way if I wanted to view as if I was always high up I could do so.

I just downloaded this and I've greatly enjoyed my first play! I really hope you add a "race"/"dodge" mode in which you have to try and stay as low to the "ground" as possible. This could get super awesome if there was a scoreboard kept on each song.

I need to re-do the Oculus implementation from scratch since I've changed so much. Really want to play in the DK2, hoping to get my hands on a unit sometime in October!

Any hope for a DK2 demo?

Hey everyone, thanks for the feedback and support!
I had to stop development for a few months, but I'm back now!
I'll probably start a proper Greenlight page soon for this project.

I enjoyed fiddling with my own music. If there is one thing I could fix, it would be choosing the color. It was a bit confusing but I got the hang of it.
PartyPete Jan 24, 2014 @ 10:28am
This is by far my best experience with the Oculus Rift so far, amazing!
Went through all the songs, and I enjoyed it a lot!

Can't wait to add my own music into this, if that is a planned feature in the future.
Ferrum Jan 18, 2014 @ 1:35am
Just take my money!

Professor Nicholson Aug 21, 2013 @ 12:58am
I wonder how my own music would look...
indigokitteh Aug 19, 2013 @ 10:35am
I am synaesthetic, so this would be interesting for me to play. I wonder if it will mess with my head.
tokisto Aug 19, 2013 @ 7:05am
Looking foward to it!

Thanks!
Btw, new build coming this weekend!
Ozymandias Jun 6, 2013 @ 6:34am
Really impressive. Epylepsia fuck yeah! Keep the work up, for the good games.
surge17  [author] Jun 2, 2013 @ 2:38pm
PreyingMantis: I've thought of making the track twist and turn, but I can't think of a technically easy and fast way of doing it right now (also brings some designs issues). It's something I'd want to pull off, but it probably won't happen anytime soon I'm afraid >__<

Crisis: Send me a PM!
Crisis Jun 2, 2013 @ 10:45am
I like this idea, it's got potential. I'm a composer and I would be interested in providing music for this, if there's still room for that.
PreyingMantis Jun 2, 2013 @ 6:02am
Great concept, certainly having a blast! :D Could you possibly try though making the "tracks" not only go straight but also twist, turn and fall? Just to remove the possibilty of it gettting repetitive?
Vunsunta May 29, 2013 @ 7:14pm
This is literally audio surf-ing, and awesome!
esmith.oh May 29, 2013 @ 1:14pm

Looks awesome! Oculus Rift would be... epic.

Nice effects and idea.

«π∏π» Ðark√iper :

I'm afraid I can't do much about that, since changing the volume in-game would actually affect the terrain. This presents interesting gameplay possibilties, but it's not something I'm considering right now.
Controlling the volume through the OS (the way you do with any other game), should work fine though.

Thanks for playing! Make sure to leave your impressions here:

Zem Bunneh:

Thanks!
Great picture choice, it actually happens to be the same color distribution as the game (red on left, middle green, blue on right)

Glad you liked the music selection!
Make sure you check it out the latest one (not in the steam, only on Vimeo):
https://vimeo.com/66981779

It would be awesome if you could spread word about the test build, I'm trying to get as much feedback as possible within the next few days (a deadline approaches!).

Zemir May 27, 2013 @ 10:57am
I freaking LOVE games that generate levels from music!

I also left steam playing through the videos since it makes a damn fine playlist! :3~

The builds are up (check the new announcement!)
The Mac one is a little broken right now, I'm rebuilding+reuploading it right now, try it in 15-20 minutes.

Alright, cool. I would love to share some gameplay of this. Cant wait until it's out, I'll stay posted.
surge17  [author] May 25, 2013 @ 8:42pm
Totally, please do!
Just make sure you mention that it's a test version, putting up the version number would help with that (currently at v0.3).
Drachen May 25, 2013 @ 8:27pm
Jesus. That was pretty smooth.

Would you allow us to put recorded gameplay videos on YouTube?
