The Legend of Zelda - The Hover Boots

The design looks fine to me. In fact, now I wish they they were in TP, and some more recent games.

And then run as fast as I can with the Hover Boots on, across the water, good thing every hero carries 20 cheese wheels in their back pocket, and a spare sword in case they disarm you.
Lord Gary the Eevee Apr 27 @ 5:03pm
I liked the way the Hover Boots looked in OoT, and now if you do not mind me, I need to ready the catapults loaded with Dremora Lords, I need to attack the Stormcloaks again... stupid rasist bastards...
Solar Amaterasu Apr 15 @ 10:13am
Well....>.>as much as I do disagree with your view on the hover boots appearance I like this mod and respect you for it
Balthias Oct 26, 2014 @ 4:10am
Worked great. Boots were well placed and they worked just fine. Will recommend to f&f. Rated up

What if Hylians are Skyrim Elfs DUHDUHDUUUUUUUH.
Zero Alpha-24XX Jul 22, 2014 @ 11:50am
I can actually identify the major Differances J. I think that if Ancient Hylians and Skyrim's elves had input's on designing the hover boot's, for skyrim, they'd look like this
Sir bacon Jun 27, 2014 @ 6:55pm
i wasn't saying that anyone was, i posted that just in case someone did
JKalenad  [author] Jun 27, 2014 @ 8:16am
Oh, I wasn't taking issue with your comment. They are based on the Elven Boots.
Sir bacon Jun 27, 2014 @ 2:57am
im not saying this is a bad mod, im just saying that sure they look like elven boots from vanila and that maybe you just don't quite know how to make a new model, its still a good mod though, they are also really useful since there are water walking boots in vanila, but only in the dragonborn DLC and im one of those people who don't have it, so this makes it so that you can get it (for free as well) (not counting buying the actual game :P) so thx maybe when theres a new model this mod could go alot farther up the ranks! (if there are)
Hikaru Jun 27, 2014 @ 12:01am
I say you nailed it in your interpritation of it. Good job.
JKalenad  [author] Jun 26, 2014 @ 9:01am
Thanks! I'm very proud of these.
I've found in my experience that some folks just want items copied and pasted from Zelda, which is impractical, so I did my best to defend myself before the inevitable deconstructive criticisism arrived.
Raging-Zen Jun 26, 2014 @ 4:38am
if anyone was to say they look crap and nothing like anything from Zelda then they must be thick, great effort and i would definately say they look like they would of come from TP if they had them in it. good work dude
Theophany Apr 22, 2014 @ 3:18pm
They are really cool, and yes they also look like Elven boots.
Sir bacon Apr 18, 2014 @ 2:53am

JKalenad  [author] Feb 16, 2014 @ 4:23pm
If you follow the Silenced Tongues quest, it leads you right to it. You have to go through the whole dungeon in order to access it.

haha sorry but to me the shoes sounds like someones breathing really loudly and it got irritating
JKalenad  [author] Sep 14, 2013 @ 7:44am
~FieryFox~ Sep 13, 2013 @ 9:41pm
change the sound effects for the shoes please they get very annoying
FireShadow Aug 14, 2013 @ 11:35am
um... what difficulty were you playing on, because I play it on Legondary, so if it took that many hits on a lower difficulty it would be useless on a high difficulty?
FlamesWrath Aug 11, 2013 @ 12:40pm
also lets not go into debate just please think about making it a bit stronger at least it has to beat a dragonbone swords after smelting 36 ok?
FlamesWrath Aug 11, 2013 @ 12:38pm
well you do make a pointbut honestly 5 hits to kill a bandit and they have like 25 health really weak so the sword does 5 hit points so you have to admit thats pretty bad
JKalenad  [author] Aug 11, 2013 @ 11:03am
Here's a question: did the Master Sword ever one-hit an enemy in the Zelda games? Other than Keese?
And honestly, I think making the sword significantly stronger than a warhammer would suck the enjoyment out Skyrim. I find it more rewarding to improve it through tempering or honing the one-handed skill.
FlamesWrath Aug 11, 2013 @ 10:37am
well 16 damege is not a daedric sword good enchants but no actually damage you would expect the master sword to be able to at least kill bandits easilly woundt you but when i awakened it it took 5 hits to dispatch 1 normal bandit does 40 sound reasonable for a master sword cuz it does to me and most people would argee i bet
JKalenad  [author] Aug 11, 2013 @ 9:58am
I did try hard as I always do.
As for the Master Sword, do you mean the Master Sword straight out of Eldergleam Sanctuary? That one is intentionally weak, because you can "awaken" it or corrupt it and make it equal to a daedric sword. Anything stronger in my opinion would be irresponsible.
FlamesWrath Aug 11, 2013 @ 9:36am
well i think you must of tried very hard and all of your mods in my opinion are marvoulous and make skyrim better the master sword though is a bit weak
JKalenad  [author] Aug 1, 2013 @ 9:29am
Thanks! However, these ca'n't be disenchanted. Iceburg made a version similar to the original Ocarina of Time version, though.
FireShadow Aug 1, 2013 @ 8:04am
well this seems cool, and I suppose if someone really wants the originall appearance they can just disenchant these and put them on something closer to the original, all things considered...
good job
Allwork-Nopay Jul 17, 2013 @ 6:16pm
I Like it...
Yea it doesn't look like the games boots but...
I ate the actual games boots look
Milo Zyloto Jul 2, 2013 @ 2:05pm
They look a hell of a lot better than the other mods in the pack, I'll give you that. Something personal I have about trying to remain faithful to one artstyle when dealing with a different one, though one item in the pack does work (Namely the Mirror Shield Of The Sea).
