DarkLassMandi Feb 28 @ 4:28pm
Where is it at?
Tentacles of Doom Feb 28 @ 9:43am
Funny that.... didn't Hershel from the walking dead get decapitated by a katana with celtic detailing on the sword's handle? Either way, kick friggin' ass. Good job.
Gust Feb 15 @ 9:55am
These weapons are beautiful, I must say. But I do want to point out that the wrapping on the blood decal was a little wonky the last time I used one of these swords. Any chance that this has been fixed?
skunk ghoti Feb 11 @ 10:56am
Hands down my favourite weapon mod. The screenshots don't do it justice. Especially like the option to wield two-handed.
CookieMonster Feb 8 @ 5:09pm
In the game it calls them sorrow katanas...weird, but I love this mod.
Kriano35 Feb 1 @ 1:17pm
le mod ne marche pas !! il a pourtant l'air bien !.. dommage :/
Blade Jan 24 @ 8:23pm
from the pictures this mod looks amazing. only katana mod ive found thus far with a 2 hand katana that actualy has a sheath. now if only somone could redisgn it to somehow be drawn from the side like the 1 hand katanas it would be AMAZING! anyways though i cant seem to get this to work? do you need a certain trait for this mod to work? its not appearing in the steel section.
Crimson Calibur Jan 20 @ 6:25pm
Does this interfere with the dragon's bane mod?
Badegg3 Jan 19 @ 9:31pm
Very detailed- thanks
Osama's Turban Jan 1 @ 7:34pm
@Husky92 try under the steel section.
mhcarus Dec 31, 2013 @ 9:36pm
The Dia Katana and the Katana damages are fliped in your mod
Katana should = 20
Dia Katana should = 25
the twohanded weapon should do more not less damage
like the mod
Halfstar Dec 22, 2013 @ 8:31pm
this is a beautiful mod. To the people who are complaining that celts never used katanas, well......nor did nords......they didn't fight dragon priests or falmer
Husky 92 Dec 10, 2013 @ 2:48pm
I can't seeing this anywhere! my smithing is at 100 so i've smithing perk... Where are them????
Storm Knight Arturion Dec 3, 2013 @ 11:04am
To some of you complaining that there is no such thing as a Celtic Katana, stop it. If you cant appreciate the idea of a weapon being representive of both cultures I feel sorry for you. I mean think about it.....if a Celtic smith and a Japanese smith got together and made a sword 1. That would be AWESOME! 2. It would look a little something like this. Maybe have writing on the balde and just be a ceremonial or wall piece but still cool.
Nolaz010 Dec 2, 2013 @ 11:57am
Celtic Katana!?!? BLASPHEMY!
Rheno87 Oct 26, 2013 @ 4:56am

Dan Oct 21, 2013 @ 10:19am
The celts didn't use katanas in real life
inhum4n20 Oct 21, 2013 @ 4:48am

Liquidsnake201 Oct 9, 2013 @ 12:08pm
I'm not seeing this anywhere in steel smithing and I have steel smithing perk
chlu2 Oct 7, 2013 @ 11:00am
Good mod. Thanks.
GalthorTheBear Oct 6, 2013 @ 10:56am
Goes great with Akaviri Samurai Armor!
kao775 Oct 4, 2013 @ 10:48pm
Awsome mod! I really like it. Just a request if possible can you make a Sipheroth katana like in final fantasy 7? You dont have to if you dont want to. Thanks. Love your mods!
SushiFighter☮PeaceMech Sep 30, 2013 @ 12:45am
One of my favorite weapon mods! It's well made and the katanas are powerful, but not too over-powered!
taker24 Sep 19, 2013 @ 9:45pm
"Thanks to Bethesda for creating Skyrim."

Kool katana!
slofish_00 Sep 7, 2013 @ 4:45pm
My favorite blade; highly improved with no enchantment. Beautiful sword.
Faite Sep 4, 2013 @ 2:12pm
Can you somehow make it so I can make a red bladed katana? This seems exactly like something I'm looking for, I just need a dark red blade c: It looks awesome. :D
kage74 Aug 18, 2013 @ 11:33am
These are still by far the most beautifully crafted katana in Skyrim. We were wondering have you given any thought to making a japanese longbow or should I say an Akaviri longbow? I know with it being asymmetric it might be a little challenging to grip properly. But we're sure it'd be a fine piece of work if you did one.
Romulus Aug 12, 2013 @ 3:38pm
I think the damage for the dai katanas should be higher, the current damage renders it useless at high levels as it is equivalent to orcish whereas the one handed appears to have a higher damage than daedric?
merlin.xnot Aug 10, 2013 @ 5:20pm
hey i did a walkthrough with your mod and thought you might like to know part 7 part 6
i forgot to give you credit and to show the daggers.. smallest katanas ... thats why its in 6 and 7
InsanitySorrow  [author] Aug 7, 2013 @ 2:42pm
I wanted one and made one, do not care in the slightest if one never existed.
Riobeárd Aug 6, 2013 @ 10:15am
I'm decended from MacMurrough of Leinster and Ulster. There were no Celtic Katanas. The Celts used Battle-axes and Greatswords.
Groo the Wanderer Aug 3, 2013 @ 2:18pm
Groo had to get this mod and the mod works great!
yosteem Aug 1, 2013 @ 11:00pm
whats the damage they do?
qcotter Aug 1, 2013 @ 8:54am
there is a twohanded one
Taleonas Jul 27, 2013 @ 4:41am
Could you make a two handed version of this? Because, correct me if I am wrong, but weren't they oriinally held two handed.
Epicazeroth Jul 18, 2013 @ 12:58pm
Why Celtic? There are no Celtic katanas.
HostileVigil Jul 6, 2013 @ 1:39pm
I really love these weapons, especially because of the wooden scabbards and the multiple color options, but my only complaint is that the dai-katanas are a lot shorter than I expected.
Coban-Nobac Jun 27, 2013 @ 4:25pm
Sorry to be a buzzkill, but i'm directly descended from both the urquhart and mclennan clans, I might even have a claim to urquhart castle opn loch ness. There were no celtic katanas, katanas are a eastern weapon.
Procrastinator @&%#™ Jun 25, 2013 @ 6:15pm
What is the item code???
Not available™ Jun 21, 2013 @ 3:08am
where can you find them
crazie8 Jun 18, 2013 @ 10:15pm
Really love the look of the dia-katanas; excellent work. However, could it be possible to improve the dmg and or make new versions that are equal to daedric? Weapons are good up to master but in legendary I have to go back to using daedric weapons since these ones are much lower dmg.
[15th] Gamefire Jun 10, 2013 @ 5:49am
I really love this mod although I have a suggestion/question/inquiry:
Is the dai-katan (the twohanded katana) supposed to have lesser damage from the normal one? It seems rather abrupt to me since you use two hands on one weapon wich enhances strikeforce and by that damage. Could you explain or adjust it? Again I really do love this mod!
Jmchris456 Jun 9, 2013 @ 10:17pm
I am not seeing it in my steel section same with the dragon katana .
cudd1y b3ast Jun 6, 2013 @ 12:05pm
goes great with the ezio armor mod. :)
Arrow Albert Jun 3, 2013 @ 12:19pm
If you are still taking suggestions I think the Gauldurson's weapons would make a nice addition
Arrow Albert Jun 2, 2013 @ 4:37pm
Could you add a video that show all the katanas, their stats and their diffrent classes? (2h, 1h, dagger)
will May 27, 2013 @ 12:38am
Love this mod and find it indispensible!
tmiller966 May 22, 2013 @ 12:46pm
Love the mod. They are beautiful swords. One question though...the in game rendering of the katana and the dai katana are pretty much the same size. Was this intentional? Any chance you might enlarge the dai katana a little?
Perigrine May 16, 2013 @ 2:49pm
cool thanks
