It could be that Skyrim itself has been updated since the mod was uploaded years ago and the mod has gone sort of outdated for the current version of Skyrim.
Haven't launched the game in years myself so can't tell really. Just a guess.
But I'm only finding normal, low level dragons at the new lairs. Vanilla lairs have high leveled dragons still, but the 2 I've been to haven't.
I'm using Deadly Dragons, by the way. I'm level 53.
Also, just out of curiosity, any plans to fix the issues with followers?
If you dont: 1. the dragon was added by a mod, and that mod is not working prorperly 2. you have a common bug that dragons give no souls sometimes (usually this bug appears only at high levels, at levels 50+)

Great Idea: You can Also take some existing shouts and put them there, then others can become useless, but then those are no longer useless, i think that might be a good idea.
@ Macta , It should be the normal vanilla time, so the same as every other. Something like 2-3 days waiting should do it i guess.
