Oh ok...

Because once you have the first perk then all the other cost reduction perks are pointless. On every tree they are optional except on the alteration tree which you have to take them to get to the useful perks.

@C4L3N Yeah a few people have said the exact same thing :) I think I will do that, but i have a few other mods to finish first.

If I might make a suggestion, you should add a variant of this mod with the unbound version as a master perk so those who enjoy playing the game with limitted magicka can aspire towards that particular perk. Plus at level 100 fuck dude you might as well have unlimited magicka haha. but its helpful for those pesky high cost spells.

I suppose I could do that. I have a few other mods that i am working on at the moment though so it could be a while until it is completed, but if you really want to see that happen I could do it. :)

What do you want me to do about the alteration tree though?

Also I agree with it being tier 1, Wasting 5 perks in a given spell tree when in the end you only use the last 2 is stupid. Getting alot of use out of that Novice/Apprentice Destruction on level 40+...

I have a mod request in that thinking. Remove all the 50% off per tier BS and replace it with a single 50% off all magicka in this tree perk.

I hate magicka mechanic in this game. Why does the next tier spell cost more mana? It's not like upgrading from iron weapons to steel costs more stamina. This doesn't even get into the desparity between weapon and spell damage, or that you can keep swinging when stamina is spent.

Nothing about this mod is overpowered. I demand you amend that Q&A.

I like this mod because every npc mage has like infinite magicka.... not fair

@TheGreyLight I had not considered the fact that by master level in any magic skill you would already have tons of magica and enchanted gear. Maybe put this perk somewhere in the middle, so it takes some time to get to but is still very helpful when you get it.

I have to agree with having it a little higher up the skill trees. I like what this mod offers, I just think that it's a overpowered. If you change it or make another, I'll definitely download this.

I Agree with Wolf Because when you try to cast powerful spells that cost you all your money and then you dont have enough magica ITS SUCKS.
I think that this mod is very helpful in more ways then one!

@Wolf Ausburne I had considered this. What if I were to create another version but it had the perks as the master perks changed instead? So you could only get free spells at level 100. By then you would already have lots of enchanted armour anyway so it wouldn't be too overpowered. Thoughts?

Great idea, trying to play as a total mage using only magic is basically impossible (at least in the beginning) in vanilla Skyrim. Could you possibly make another version of this mod that puts the perk a little higher in the perk tree to make it harder to get. It might be nice if this were less overpowered and harder to get, like something only a true master of magic might have.

Holy f*ck... this is totally the mod for me, thank you so much man! You have no idea how much time I've spent trying to find ways to increase my max magicka for using spells. This is just so amazing I can't begin to describe it...
