Just thought I'd share this, pretty interesting game project.

Nice, peaceful content in an age of ultra violoence. I agree it looks like it needs more polishing. I suppose one model would be I have it running in the background, occasinally (once an hour) have to water it.

nice lock
Charlie Fi5hykins Mar 16, 2014 @ 12:20pm
How much gameplay could you get out of this? At the most 2 hours?
Cannabidiol Feb 16, 2014 @ 11:33am
bien planteado
Dex Dec 3, 2013 @ 11:38pm
I played the preview of the game and I believe it has potential, but it needs extensive polishing before it is released. As others have said, there is not enough content for it to be a full-fledged game. The graphics also need to be overhauled. It is heading in the right direction but needs more time to... well, Grow. :)
Alix Dec 3, 2013 @ 8:25pm
I don't really think there's enough content in this to be considered a Steam game. I don't even know why you submitted a flash game made in 48 hours.
coldReactive (Iyeru) Oct 14, 2013 @ 8:48am
If it's based off of Flash, Linux will have poor support. =/
speedransix Sep 8, 2013 @ 7:19pm
I like the game, a suggestion, maybe you could improve the draws, just a little bit
Skyuau Sep 5, 2013 @ 5:57am
How much would it be?
AngelicRemix Aug 27, 2013 @ 9:29am
Nice idea, more variety in plants please!!
Shiranui Aug 20, 2013 @ 10:14am
coop? multiplayer? romance?
KrissyRawrz ღ Lee Aug 15, 2013 @ 1:48am
This is actually a really sweet looking game that I'd love to see on Steam :) upvoted
Frankencastle Aug 11, 2013 @ 11:19pm
if the tree were to be corrupted by evil and dropped seeds which turned the wildlife into feral mutant monsters which terrified local peasantry i would buy this asap. but just a tree? no sir. not for booter.:cs_sword:
-_-Pekter-_- Aug 7, 2013 @ 4:49pm
Nice idea but it need a better artistic work.
Heilari Aug 3, 2013 @ 2:18pm
Would like to see better graphics, but I would definitely play it!!
Leesh Jul 28, 2013 @ 11:40pm
Need better graphic
Bird Jul 7, 2013 @ 2:09pm
I love it, I kind of want it and I hope you are going to develop it to have more then just the same tree.
Corpsolian Jul 6, 2013 @ 8:46am
Needs polish and visual flair.
amb|val3nt Jun 5, 2013 @ 9:41am
Neat concept. Needs more pizazz though, like many others have said already.
☻Red Fat Panda☻ May 28, 2013 @ 4:47am
Good style
AllyKat87 May 27, 2013 @ 10:50pm
I like this style of gameplay quite a bit, but this needs an awful lot of polish. I don't need my graphics to be top-notch, but this looks a little bit like animated clip-art. If there was a little more attention made to smoothing out the design, I'd definitely be more attracted to this.
DetonatedBalls May 26, 2013 @ 5:06am
It better be cheap.
Anyndel May 14, 2013 @ 11:08pm
Completely and utterly lacks atmosphere and love in the design. Looks and feels like a powerpoint presentation. Or a phone app, neither is good. Which is a pity because the concept is nice for a background game.
AreYouEnjoy May 14, 2013 @ 8:57pm
There's a NOVA episode on fractals that mentions the way trees branch. I'd suggest doing some thorough research into how a tree grows so you can incorporate a solid growing and branching algorithm into the game. You could also incorporate a little agent-based modelling into the mix to make it more interesting if you had a small forest of trees. Good luck.
crimemovies May 13, 2013 @ 9:57pm
Looks like nice and simple, would buy if it included a bit more features and replayability.
Sherlock May 12, 2013 @ 3:45pm
At best this is a phone app, PLEASE leave this off steam we DONT need it.
Alkalive May 8, 2013 @ 8:36am
there needs to be more ways to effect the tree. soil composition, air composition, radiation profile, trauma, and parasites. and the tree needs to grow differently under the different circumstances. and as things change, prior conditions should be reflected. then maybe it would be worth $5-10
Valensia Apr 27, 2013 @ 8:55am
Sheogoroth Apr 26, 2013 @ 11:39pm
Interesting concept, design looks crappy though.
crvbabv Apr 26, 2013 @ 10:37pm
what were you thinking
[AnkL] AtomBlade Apr 25, 2013 @ 3:17pm
noahwh Apr 24, 2013 @ 5:06pm
I'd buy it, but only if its cheap. It seems more like an interesting experiment than anything else.
Ray Charles Apr 22, 2013 @ 3:02pm
Will there be a $5.00 DLC of paint drying for this game?
Ciirulean Apr 22, 2013 @ 9:06am
You made a game about watching a tree grow?
Dark D Apr 18, 2013 @ 1:23pm
I have better things to vote for than ios garbage.
[O]Pallemiitti Apr 16, 2013 @ 12:50pm
A tree growing simulator? Should the next be grass growing or paint drying?
EverShyy Apr 15, 2013 @ 10:37pm
If it was free then yeah. Keep this iOS garbage on the iOS!
Luff Apr 15, 2013 @ 12:11pm
Arcticsun Apr 15, 2013 @ 6:25am
ios not steam lol and that squirrell was so bad
thejoche Apr 15, 2013 @ 12:18am
So you pay to literally watch grass grow?
Hypha Apr 13, 2013 @ 7:50pm
So this is Lamarckism, the game? The rougher the life of the last tree, the stronger the offspring, really?
Gorlom[Swe] Apr 13, 2013 @ 5:53pm
@Silverly& Bernnan Hatton: I suggest hiring an artist. or if god forbid you pay someone for that, hire a better artist.
Gorlom[Swe] Apr 13, 2013 @ 5:49pm
FaolanHart: wasn't that just some software that came with Nvidia graphics card to showcase what it could do?
Titu Apr 12, 2013 @ 1:25pm
If it's under $3 maybe..
FaolanHart Apr 12, 2013 @ 1:07pm
I remember playing a game years ago on a Windows 99 computer.
It was a game where you shaped a tree to whatever form you wanted & could create really intricate designs.
I wish I could remember the name as it was an interesting concept.
Needless to say it not only looked better than this game made in 2012 but was also far more interesting.
X-Nemesis Apr 12, 2013 @ 10:06am
Would never buy a game like THAT!!!
Christ Catnap Apr 11, 2013 @ 11:48pm
1080p HD was overkill for certain. This would be a good experience for someone who has never bothered to consider the world outside their box. And therefore would be a life-changing experience.

But as for my-self, I have plenty of things growing within plainsight of my home, even squirrels.

And since this dog is an App, all there is left to say is....

No Steam for YOU!!!
