dude thats just the blade of woa or what its name is

i really like this mod. it works great for my hunter character. any chance you could make a version that made it work as a hunterborn hunting knife as well? so i don't need to carry numerous daggers

I have a model I made that I would like to use, but I am not sure how to get it into the game, so as of now, the knife is still the model of the blade of woe.

The model looks familiar. Is this a retexture of something else? If it is, it's a really good one!

all i suggest is change the model otherwise it seems pretty cool even though i dont hunt i will start to now

Awesome! I've tried at Creation Kit a couple times, so I get how it works, and how easy or not something is to do. I don't reccomend making it look like an Iron Dagger or something, cause an Iron Dagger isnt all that cool looking. I don't want it to look like something you are going to pierce someone's heart, but I don't want it to look like something you chop tomatos with. You get what I mean?

I will change the model if I can (I'm not very good with the creation kit right now). It is kinda wierd to hunt with the blade of woe model,I will be working on that. I love the idea of making it really low damage for humans and other races. I will work on that, I will have it out by tonight.

For this, I suggest you:
~ Change the model. The Blade of Woe (which this comes from), is meant to be a deadly assasin's blade, while if you gave it a different model, that more suits a hunter, that would be good. I hate to be against all of the things you have to offer.
~ Maybe make it do high damage to animals, but have a REALLY low damage output otherwise, making it hunter's ideal weapon.
~ IF you plan on keeping the damage output high for humans and others too, then make it hard to forge, E.G Ebony Ingots, maybe even a Daedra Heart, or if you're creepy a Human Heart.

This just seems WAY too overpowered for a hunter playstyle.

Definately make it more effective against animals, since otherwise it's just a regular and very strong dagger. And you should add your three first lines of your comment to the description, to give a better context.

Well, for instance. If you are in the woods hunting, a lot of the times when you are in the woods you will get attacked by wolves,bears,sabre cats and the sort. So it is nice to have a high damge giving knife with you for when these things happen. I do agree,fully hunting with just a knife is not practical,but this is more of a wepon for close rage. I am thinking of adding a enchantment that will make it give more damage when you fight animals. Do you like hat idea? I will be updating the mod agian soon so I will make it do more stuff (like listed above)

What makes it special, in regards of hunting? Killing animals in skyrim with knives (instead of bows) is impractical, so what does it offer?
