Type snd_rebuildaudiocache in your console in the main menu, it'll take a few minutes and should fix your issue.

Oddly enough, Fallout 3 has all of the original Fallout music in its files aswell.
Yet, none of the music from the original Fallout's actually play in the game.
And i honestly have no clue why its in the sound files, especially the fact that they built Fallout 3 from complete scratch and then built New Vegas on it. Its something i have yet to find the answer to.

Dont you find it a bit strange that they added sound from a verson of the game that was built for the Windows 98 Operating system? And if its a soundtrack glitch, why is it in the games sound files anyways?

This song only plays in the ''Old World Blues'' DLC in New Vegas.
By what i'v heard, its a soundtrack glitch. For some reason, New Vegas has all the original Fallout game's soundtrack. Its pretty cool if you ask me.

By the way, the thumbnail looks like the helmet of the T51-B power armor

I honestly think i corrupted my sound database. This is why i need to start backing up my files..Yes, i'm a noob at this still. But, i will certainly find a way to fix this. *Hopefully*.

After looking into some more mods, I found this: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=128782133&searchtext=cupcakes It produces the same soundtrack as the one I got from subscribing to this. I made sure I was unsubscribed (all though I was all ready unsubsribed), re-downloaded this, but it's still making the same sound. It only plays when the tank shows up.

Does this...Also replace the tank's theme with some kind of overly enthusiastic tune? I originally had it to Guile's theme, but now it's just playing...A very happy song.

@IONE. I would love to do that. But there are over 100+ footstep sounds for L4D2 that i'd have to replace. If only dsSLAY3R shared his file...

As a completely stupid, most likely irritating, sound replacement mod, could you replace the footstep sounds (for anyone, survivors, special infected, common, tank, or all) with the level theme for Dig-Dug? A good example of this is if you search "Dig Dug TF2 dsSLAY3R" on Youtube.
