Looks really good, however it will not show up for my high elf male.

Love it . it adds an extra item to wear for enchantment. I have had a mod that adds earrings but lost it and cant find it.
DFG | TheVandal Nov 25, 2014 @ 4:39am

The61Slayer Aug 20, 2014 @ 7:09am

Crabbi Jun 3, 2014 @ 4:52am
Hi there, I had a poke around with this mod in the Creation kit and realised that the elf model isn't included in the BSA, any chance you could update with those models included?

I can't see it on my Wood Elf left or right side. I hate to complain but this looks really cool.
Yossarian Nov 4, 2013 @ 12:36pm
Finally, another eyepatch! Thank you so much for making this
AbigailsRequiem Oct 26, 2013 @ 4:06pm
Do you think you could possibly create a Heavy Armor version? Maybe have it look a tad metallic.

Maybe like this

Any known conflictions with this mod atm? Subbed earlier today and all attempts at crafting the item or finding in the console failed miserably.

Read in an earlier post someone had difficulty with a helm remover, only mod I have that's simillar would be perk overhaul for removing helm armor bonus req's.
TheDarkOdin Jul 14, 2013 @ 2:39am
i cant craft it, does it requre any smithing perks?
Lubnut Jun 20, 2013 @ 11:43pm

crazyjayce01 May 28, 2013 @ 6:45pm

Aiendreas Apr 14, 2013 @ 5:20am
Didn't work on any of my elves, but looks great on everybody else!
Deith Cáerme Mar 16, 2013 @ 8:19am
ok, ty for clearifying
kingfisher  [author] Mar 16, 2013 @ 2:27am
No, dawnguard is not required as it is a stand alone mod.
Deith Cáerme Mar 15, 2013 @ 8:35pm
is dawnguard required? i don't see why it would be, but all pics have dawnguard armor....
metalfenix Mar 10, 2013 @ 8:26pm
Very nice mod, subscribed right away. Just an observation, I'm using on my breton, and the left side eyepatch have some clipping with the head, to be more precise, on the right side stripe of the patch, it does not show well. It's curious because the right side patch works perfectly seen from both sides.
Klemens von Metternich [Copper] Mar 8, 2013 @ 8:56pm
Very nice and useful for my demoman character.
InfamousOutlaw Mar 5, 2013 @ 9:21am
Just wanted to say awesome little mod. It put the finishing touch on making my D&D character come to life on Skyrim. Thanks so much!
Tzelik Feb 7, 2013 @ 3:41pm
yeah, it was conflicting with the Nordic helm from dragonborn and the skyjub no helmet thing. once i took the no helmet mod off it showed up. when i put the Nordic helm on now it makes me bald. kinda weird.
kingfisher  [author] Feb 7, 2013 @ 10:41am
It should work on a male dunmer. Did you try the other side too?
Tzelik Feb 6, 2013 @ 6:55pm
I keep trying to use it on my Dunmer, but no luck. It just wont show up. Did I read it wrong and it only works on female dunmer?
Sev Dec 12, 2012 @ 2:55pm
I will try it with a new orc-character and tell you if it worked. :) Thanks for the answer.
Sev Dec 12, 2012 @ 1:11pm
No it was orc from the beginning, i never changed the race
kingfisher  [author] Dec 12, 2012 @ 9:44am
Maybe that was the case. What was your original race? If it was argonian than no wonder because currently there's no eyepatch for argonians (I will work on this in the future but I am currently very busy with other stuff so perhaps early next year).

Anyhow, it seems that changing the race via the showracemenu command does not work well in skyrim so I probably won't be able to help here. Please try the eyepatch with a newly created orc.
Sev Dec 12, 2012 @ 4:41am
I'm playin' a male orc-character and the eyepatch does not work for me .. neither the left nor the right one. I changed my character via the "showracemenu"-cheat (only appearence NOT the race) ... maybe thats important.

I have no idea whats wrong. I have no other mods. I hope you can help me, i like the eyepatch very much. :-/

Edit: I put the eyepatches on mannequins ... both left and right work properly on them .. but not on my character D: Help! \o/
Nighterror Nov 24, 2012 @ 5:55pm
Big Boss ;D
Robb Goblin Nov 20, 2012 @ 4:39am
Howdy,
I see I'm not the only who had that problem before, but still couldn't make it work.
The eyepatch looks quite fantastic, and works without any trouble with every human character (nords, imperials, bretons, redguard). But it does not show up at all on my bosmer character.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@TabbyPillage It Looks Like Dawnguard Armor
ctrl alt despair Nov 18, 2012 @ 4:37am
Kk - Thanks!
kingfisher  [author] Nov 18, 2012 @ 3:42am
Sorry for not answering sooner your comments as I had been off for some holidays.

I will try to add a model for the argonians in a while so please keep watching for updates of this mod.
Rholan Nov 16, 2012 @ 3:15pm
What armor are they wearing?? The eyepatch is great but that armor is gorgeous.
Triumphant Obtuse Nov 15, 2012 @ 7:20pm
Now we just need the tri-cornered hat and peg leg mods and the pirate invasion can begin!
ctrl alt despair Nov 10, 2012 @ 2:27pm
"I will try to make it work for the other races and genders except for argonians." Why No Argonians? Those Are My Favorite Race. You Made All OTHER Races. Thanks Though, Great mod!
.. Nov 5, 2012 @ 10:40pm
I tried what you said and it worked like a charm, so thanks and keep up the good work!

Low Ceiling Nov 5, 2012 @ 7:12pm
All I can think of to improve this is a Heavy variant so it doesn't break the Well-Fitted perk conditions. Other than that, sweet! I've always wanted an eyepatch.
kingfisher  [author] Nov 5, 2012 @ 2:25am
@keninfouriekf: thanks for the compliment but I must admit that the idea is not new and not mine. I was just dissatisfied with the original option and so I made one that is in my opinion closer to what an eyepatch should look like.

As for your problem: The minor clipping issues are known to me. Please try the other side eyepatch if these disturb you. For some reason one side seems always to work better than the other one.

Why it should not show after equiping it a second time I do not know. I never had this kind of problem, neither with the eyepatch nor with any other item. Do you equip something special? Perhaps you use a mod that is using the same slot as the eyepatch. If so unequip the other item.
.. Nov 4, 2012 @ 10:37pm
By the way, I love the mod and idea.
.. Nov 4, 2012 @ 10:35pm
Responce to 41Sqn_sturmkraehe;
When I eqquiped it the first time there was some minor clipping, but on the second try it did not even show up on my character. When I disabled all my other mods it still did no show up. Are you sure that it does work for both wodd-elves and high-elves?
Fulgrim Nov 4, 2012 @ 1:11pm
I guess it doesnt show up on bosmer yet? shame becuase an eyepatch would make my vampire look THAT much more hard boiled
kingfisher  [author] Nov 4, 2012 @ 2:55am
It does for me (see screenshots of this mod in the workshop). Please specify what kind of problems you encounter so I can try to help you.
.. Nov 3, 2012 @ 1:00am
It doesn't work for high-elf males.
kingfisher  [author] Oct 27, 2012 @ 7:27pm
Yes, you can upload it under the condition that you give full credit to me for the mod except the modification to making it clothes. Please also put a link to this mod so that people looking for the armor and not the clothes can easily find what they are looking for.
The Babbages Oct 27, 2012 @ 7:12pm
I have made a small edit that takes the light armour tag off and would like to ask if I can upload it, I will give you credit for everything but making clothes
