The only 'potions' that have this effect added are alcohol and skooma varieties. In this version, all booze from Hearthfire is affected too.
No other potions are affected.
Some other mod is obviously conflicting with it. Nothing i changed could possible induce that effect. Look at the pictures. Thats all it does.
The "REQUIRE HEARTHFIRE" line, at the top of the description should help you with your question.
Search through what ive posted, mods wise, and you'll see another version of this mod that does not require Hearthfire.
Its such a minor change that i seriously doubt it would be effected by much at all. Since it adds in the Drugged effect into a specific effect slot, any mod that also adds something into the same slot would make it incompatible but im not going to spend my time investigating when you can just tick both data file boxes and find out.
